B\u011bhem sv\u00e9 ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e9 s\u00e9rie Ladies ‘Trophy v Sankt Petersburgu (RUS) 2018, kde z\u00edskala svoje 21. kari\u00e9rn\u00ed turnajov\u00e9 v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed, se Petra ob\u010das zd\u00e1la b\u00fdt t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neporaziteln\u00e1.Pot\u00e9 pokra\u010dovala ve \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu ve sv\u00fdch dvou v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fdch singlov\u00fdch z\u00e1pasech FedCupu v dom\u00e1c\u00edm z\u00e1pase proti \u0160v\u00fdcarsku v Praze, a stejn\u011b tak i b\u011bhem Premier 5 Qatar Open v Doh\u00e1, kde z\u00edskala sv\u016fj 22. titul. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bchto akc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed p\u0159inesly 13 po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed, krom\u011b siln\u00e9ho pod\u00e1n\u00ed a tradi\u010dn\u011b velmi dobr\u00e9ho bekhendu, Petra uk\u00e1zala docela v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed na forhendu<\/strong><\/span>, kter\u00fd byl v\u017edy v\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b jej\u00edm problematick\u00fdm \u00faderem po celou jej\u00ed kari\u00e9ru na okruhu.<\/p>\n

V uplynul\u00fdch letech p\u0159inesl forhend Pet\u0159e dost v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fdch \u00fader\u016f, ale \u010dasto tak\u00e9 docela citeln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed chyb, proto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 principy \u201eForhendu 3.0\u201c v jej\u00ed h\u0159e \u010dasto chyb\u011bly<\/span><\/strong>. To byla tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina, pro\u010d jsem opakovan\u011b kritizoval jej\u00ed forhend na str\u00e1nce cpta-tennis.org<\/a> v minulosti a pro\u010d jsem se zm\u00ednil o n\u011bkter\u00fdch mo\u017en\u00fdch zlep\u0161en\u00edch tak\u00e9 okol\u00ed Petry, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm od z\u00e1v\u011bru sez\u00f3ny 2015.<\/p>\n

M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt jen \u010dist\u011b n\u00e1hoda, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm po 1. semin\u00e1\u0159i \u010cATT – “TENNIS 3.0 – budoucnost hry” v Praze (CZE) na podzim 2017 za\u010dala Petra je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe za\u010dle\u0148ovat <\/span><\/strong>n\u011bkter\u00e9 z tam p\u0159edstaven\u00fdch a vysv\u011btlovan\u00fdch prvk\u016f<\/span> \u201eTennis 3.0 Code”do forhendu a do forhendov\u00e9ho riternu<\/span><\/strong> v z\u00e1v\u011bru roku 2017<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Proces zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed byl podle m\u00e9ho osobn\u00edho n\u00e1zoru v Pet\u0159in\u00fdch z\u00e1pasech u\u017e velmi patrn\u00fd b\u011bhem “Tenisov\u00e9 extraligy” na konci prosince 2017. V uplynul\u00fdch letech se tato ud\u00e1lost stala p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed jak doladit \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 hr\u00e1\u010de po mimosez\u00f3nn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b a p\u0159ed restartov\u00e1n\u00edm okruhu v Austr\u00e1lii a Asii. Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl, z m\u00e9ho pohledu, spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 nyn\u00ed \u010dasto v del\u0161\u00edm pohybu lokte od t\u011bla ve sm\u011bru na c\u00edl<\/strong><\/span>, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vlo\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 energie do \u00faderu <\/span><\/strong>(a tak\u00e9 rychlost rakety a stabilizaci pozice rakety v prostoru)<\/span><\/span> nebo l\u00e9pe \u0159e\u010deno, je znamen\u00edm, \u017ee se tento proces ud\u00e1l<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Z m\u00e9ho osobn\u00edho hlediska je to, na \u010dem opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pod tlakem<\/strong><\/span>, schopnost hr\u00e1\u010de vynakl\u00e1dat energii t\u011bla do \u00faderu b\u011bhem z\u00e1sahu tak \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b a kontrolovan\u011b, jak je to jen mo\u017en\u00e9<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0A jak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 to bylo, m\u016f\u017eeme nejl\u00e9pe \u0159\u00edct, pokud pozorujeme (vedle v\u00fdsledku \u00faderu) n\u011bkter\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 referen\u010dn\u00ed body \u00faderu a jejich interakce ve smyslu k\u00f3du \u201eTenisu 3.0\u201c, b\u011bhem a kr\u00e1tce po z\u00e1sahu. Kombinace pozice ky\u010dle, ramene, lokte a rakety v okam\u017eiku z\u00e1sahu a kr\u00e1tce po n\u011bm (prota\u017een\u00ed 1) je to, na \u010dem opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed a je to tak\u00e9 nejlep\u0161\u00ed ukazatel kvality p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho \u00faderu.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u0158ekn\u011bme, \u017ee to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 segmenty \u00fader\u016f (forma a detaily n\u00e1p\u0159ahu, postaven\u00ed atd.) by nebyly d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, ale za prv\u00e9 se mohou trochu individu\u00e1ln\u011b li\u0161it a za druh\u00e9 pod \u010dasov\u00fdm tlakem mohou b\u00fdt obrovsk\u00e9 situa\u010dn\u00ed rozd\u00edly (zalo\u017een\u00e9 na situa\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00edch) v t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech \u010d\u00e1stech \u00fader\u016f (n\u00e1p\u0159ah, postaven\u00ed a dokonce i dr\u017een\u00ed rakety) a\u017e po z\u00e1sah.<\/p>\n

Nejlep\u0161\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di pak ch\u00e1pou, \u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt provedeny ur\u010dit\u00e9 kompromisy, aby bylo dosa\u017eeno stabiln\u00edho \u00faderov\u00e9ho postaven\u00ed p\u0159ed t\u011blem, a to tak, \u017ee energie ud\u011blovan\u00e1 m\u00ed\u010di b\u011bhem z\u00e1sahu, je to, na \u010dem skute\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Dal\u0161\u00edm aspektem, kter\u00fd p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do rovnice, je \u00fasil\u00ed udr\u017eet si sp\u00ed\u0161e ofenzivn\u00ed \u00faderovou pozici ve vztahu k z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1\u0159e.
